How long will my order take?
This will depend on the size of your order, the printing process required, and the number of orders we’re currently filling. Normally production takes 4-5 business days.
Rush orders are available for a small fee. The timing on rush orders is dependent on the number and quantity of orders we’re processing, but you can rest assured that we will do whatever we can to meet your needs!
What materials do you use?
We have a huge variety of polyester materials, which are the very best when it comes to making long-lasting, durable flags. We always provide material suggestions, based on what would work best for the type of flag you want to purchase.
Can you help design a flag for us?
Absolutely! We have in-house graphic designers who can create a custom design just for you. The best part is, this service is free!
How many colours can I have on my flag?
There is no limit to the colours you can request when you order digitally printed flags. When it comes to screen printing, we can print up to five colours on one flag.
Digital printing techniques are quicker and you do not have any colour limitations. Digital printing is the best option for small orders of 1-10 flags.
Screen printing is best for large orders of over 50, providing your design has spot-solid colours. The cost of screen printing is more affordable than digital printing when it comes to large orders.
Will the colour shown on my monitor be the same as my flag?
Every monitor is different, which means the color you see on your computer may not match the color on your flag exactly. That’s why it is so important for us to receive your Pantone colours.We use the Pantone solid coated matching system. We also have a colour chart so you can pick the exact colours you want on your flag.
Single or double sided flags ?
A single-sided printed Feather flag has the design printed on just the one side with a mirror image on the reverse. This allows the flag to move more freely in the wind, A double-sided printed flag has a design which features on both sides of the flag. They are composed of three flags sewn together, making the overall flag much heavier
How will you ship my order?
We prefer to use APC next day Courier or Royal mail Express 24 Post. You are welcome to use your own courier, just make sure you let us know when you place your order.
Do you have any guarantees?
We offer a 100% guarantee our custom flags and banners because we only use the best inks and materials. If for any reason you are not happy with the final product, please contact us, and one of our sales representatives will work with you until you’re satisfied.
Do you offer refunds or replacements for defective items?
Our quality control team checks every single banner and flag before they are shipped to your door. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If your order arrives in unacceptable condition, contact us, and we will replace the items in question.
Are your custom flags and banners washable?
Yes! Use a light machine wash cycle and hang them out to dry. Do not tumble dry.
